Shorts and Briefs
Shorts and briefs are available in all child and adult sizes. Shorts are worn before and after meets outside the gymnast's competition leotards. Briefs are worn under the competition leotard. We highly recommend all gymnasts purchase briefs as it is a team policy that girls must wear something under their leotard (and it must match their competition leotard).

Heat/Cold System
The Heat/Cold system is a great way to sooth sore muscles and joints after practice and competitions. You can use the cool pack or heat pack along with the sleeve to keep it in the desired place.

The strength tube system is a great way to tone up for gymnastics. The system includes 3 tubes designed for different strength exercises. The system comes with 4 guides that show the different exercises with each tube. It also comes with a pouch to keep it all together.
