We have changed the times for our DBA and HS workout on Wednesdays this summer. Starting next week (June 9th) this work out will take place from 12:00 - 2:00 with the following exceptions.
June 16th it will be from 3:00 - 5:00 due to Compulsory Camp.
June 23rd it will be canceled due to Optional Camp.
All Other Wednesdays from now until our break in August will be from 12:00 - 2:00.
*Note: To all girls that will be participating in HS Gymnastics in August as part of the HS Gymnastics Program:
Although this Wednesday practice is NOT required it is STRONGLY encouraged to all gymnasts planning on participating in HS season.
Final Planning Note:
Vegas HS Camp - Our HS team will go to Camp in Vegas again this year. I am working on final costs and hope to keep it about the same as last year ($800), it will depend on Airfares etc. The date of HS Camp is from August 8th - August 13th. Any AI Gymnasts entering the 8th grade or higher is welcome to attend and sign up for this camp. Gymnasts entering 7th grade can make a request to attend and will be looked at on an individual basis.
$500 Deposit (Made payable to Aurora Illusions) for Vegas is due ON or BEFORE July 8th!
Camp will include:
Round Trip Airfare
Hotel accommodations at MGM Grand Hotel
16-20 Hours Gymnastics Training time at Academy Gymnastics in Henderson
All ground transportation
Cirque De Soliel Show
Indoor Skydiving
2-3 Team Meals and More!
This is a great experience and starts the HS gymnastics season off right. Hope you can attend.
