1. Please remember that this Thursday, April 22nd from 5-7 is an AIPS Board meeting here at Meadowood. Everyone is invited to attend as we discuss many important aspects of our season and other events.
2. Leo exchange - Bring in and tag your leos for the leo exchange sale at our last Preseason meet May 1st. See Newsletter for details.
3. Our competition Leos are scheduled to arrive this week. Once they do I will send out pick up instructions for Leos, Briefs, and Shorts. Anyone still needing to purchase Briefs and Shorts we have extra so please just make payment if you need these items.
4. Tagawas order forms have gone out Orders and Money are due April 29th with our flower delivery and Pick up are during practice on May 6th.
5. Chipotle Fundraiser! May 11th same night as team pictures! I know it is a little early for this info so you will get it again but I wanted everyone to have a chance to forward this attachment on to others. Attached is the flyer that people need to take to Chipotle and give to them when they pay for their meal. If they do that we get 50% of the proceeds! This is awesome. Spread the word, send to anyone that might got to Chipotle May 11th anytime between 5-8pm for dinner (or get a burrito for lunch the next day!)
6. Survey Results! I want to thank all of you that completed the team survey that was sent out. The results were very helpful. We have already made a few small changes to try and serve you better and we are working at addressing some of the others. I have shared the results with our staff as I am sharing them with you (See attachment). I have been working on compiling the individual comments and will try to write either and explanation, a plan for improvement, or the reasoning behind the way we are currently doing things. In other words I hope to fully explore and explain your comments and questions. When I have that prepared I plan to also share that with you and our staff. In all the results were fantastic, but there is always room for improvements and you all brought up several valid points that we need to look at as a staff and a program. We are busy doing that right now. I will share the results of those investigations as soon as I can. Until then thanks so much for being part of our program, for valuing what we do and believing in our message, philosophy and personnel. We will continue to try to provide the best gymnastics program in the State and try to provide the training that will serve the girls and their families for years to come.
